One person makes this game, and there is no account system. That cuts both ways: nobody can see your progress, and nobody can restore it for you either. Write to mqqfps@163.com and you get a real reply, usually within 5 working days.
Before you write in
Most reports resolve themselves against this list. The game is offline by design, so these are not bugs:
- Your progress lives only on this iPhone. Deleting the app, offloading it (Settings → General → iPhone Storage), or restoring the phone from a backup that predates your play will reset it to station 1. There is no server-side save to recover from.
- The game stops when you let go. Lifting your finger off the screen for about a third of a second pauses the flight — that is the release-to-pause rule, so you can answer a message without dying. Press and hold again to resume.
- No revives on the results screen, or the video never loads. Rewarded videos come from Google's ad network. If fill is empty, if the ad SDK was declined in the consent prompt, or if you are in the EEA/UK and chose not to consent, the game falls back to reviving for star coins instead. Ads being absent is not a fault.
- Nothing in this game costs real money. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Anything asking you to pay for coins, stars or an "unlimited" unlock is not us — please report it.
Quick fixes
- No music or sound effects — Settings (the gear at the top right of the home screen) → Sound → the two switches.
- Wrong language — Settings → Language → EN / 中文. The whole interface, including the level names, switches.
- Steering feels too twitchy or too slow — Settings → Controls → sensitivity Low / Medium / High. Active-skill casting (manual or auto) is on the same group.
- A black or frozen screen — force-close the app (swipe up and dismiss) and reopen it. Your progress is written continuously, so you lose at most the run in flight.
Reporting a problem
Email mqqfps@163.com. Including these four lines is what makes a bug findable:
- What happened, and what you expected instead;
- Which station / level it happened on (the number shown on the level card);
- Device and iOS version — Settings → General → About;
- App version, shown below. A screen recording is better than a paragraph if the problem is visual.
Because nothing is collected from you, I cannot reproduce a report from your side of the fence — I can only read what you send. That is also why there is no in-app chat or "report a bug" button.
